The following are some excerpts from multinational astronauts’ expressions of their impressions while in space which are quite right.

“The first day or so we all pointed to our countries. [On] The third or fourth day we all pointed to our continents. By the fifth day we were aware of only one earth.”  They, then defined science as follows: “science is an attempt to understand the natural world.”  “Science is about explaining the everyday minutia of human experience.” Elegant explanation with ample clarity. Furthermore, the astronauts, looking down to earth through the clouds, asserted that, “they see not of segregation and complexity but of unity and simplicity.” Looking down from the moon, they said: “all those differences and nationalistic threads are pretty well [blended] and they get the impression that “may be this just one world” and said: “what the hell can’t we learn to live together like decent people. …”We are self-evidently one species inhabiting one planet and we have one chance not to mess it all up.” These astronauts concluded with this magnificent statement: “The highest loyalty should not be to our country but to the family of man and the planet at large.” So, true and by “man” they mean humanity.
